Making arrangements with these people was nearly impossible for me. Maybe I caught them at a bad time but that shouldn't excuse the lack of acknowledgement I had experienced. None of them even seemed to recognize me, even after going out of my way to try and get their attention. I truly regretted not having the opportunity to speak with them because I was referred to this place by so many other people.
