I believe "Brian" assisted us the day of the memorial. He was wonderful, especially to Evan, her son, and myself. I have a couple of questions. On her prayer cards, what is the LAST LINE supposed to be/say? "I am home in heaven, dear ones" is the first line. Also, my Urn seems to not be sealed tightly and her ashes are falling out of it little by little every time I pick her up. I don't want to lose all of her...What can be done about this?
