Puckett Obituary announcement - Posted by Virginia Clark 2012-02-19 20:24:46 I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's death - its hard to put my feelings in words but I had so much respect for him - he was a man of conviction and lived by his principles without question or criticism. I will always remember his kindesses to me and our family. He loved his family and will be missed by us all. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
