My father arranged funeral arrangment with Shelly-Dinan several years ago. He died out of state and we were not aware of this arrangement (I recently found paperwork regarding this with your funeral home). What, if any recourse do we have if he paid money upfront? My father's name was Daniel Alfred Mis, 6-12-34.
