Vinson House Of Mortuary Inc - Steubenville, OH Barbara Hubbard Obituary announcement - Posted by Donna Cronin Cerullo 2012-05-09 15:23:41 Dear James and family: I worked with Barbie so long ago at OVH in the dietary office. It was shortly after she and james were married and she was soon expecting Lori. She was a wonderful person and although I lost touch with her through the years; my times spent with her are some of my fondest memories. I know she continued her walk with the Lord throughout her adult years.; I have no doubt about that. May God Bless your family and may she rest in peace.
