While planning for a funeral here at this funeral home I was left a dissatisfied with how little choices I could make in how I wanted the funeral arranged. There was nothing I could do to make this ceremony special, and that was my biggest issue. The facilities and the ceremonies themselves were done fairly well, but it didn't feel special enough to justify my brother's life. I had only wished I could have done more, like change decorations or get a more decorated casket.
