As untidy the place was, the staff had made up for it by being completely helpful and courteous with me. I felt as if I was receiving special attention, especially as they were speaking to me with the utmost sympathy for the loss of my grandmother. I'm not yet sure if I chose this place to have the funeral but I thought I'd take the time t stay how well they did their job.
