Wilson Funeral Home - Monticello, MS Mrs. Wincil Smith Obituary announcement - Posted by Pat Lane Martin 2016-06-04 15:32:35 I just read of Mrs. Wincil's death in the Press. I knew her when I was in high school in Monticello in the 1950's. I knew her children in school and church activities. Mrs. Wincil taught me in Sunday School for years and I always looked forward to her lessons. She raised her children well and I know they will miss her physical presence. She was a classy lady.
